On 30 November 2010, during the PHASA conference in the East London Convention Centre, the Annual General Meeting of PHASA was held.

• Laetitia Rispel presented the president’s report highlighting PHASA achievements and areas that need improvement.
• This was followed by a presentation by Annette Gerritsen on the new website and newsletter.
• Stephen Knight presented the Treasures’s report and Irwin Friedman gave an overview of the Articles of Association of PHASA, including the changes in this document that the Executive is proposing.
• Finally the advocacy role of PHASA was discussed en the election of new Executive Committee members took place.
